Page with report of activities and problems during May. Also updated

Due to a change of emphasis I have rearranged and
reformated the gallery sections, added more
information about the current situation to the News page
plus generally tidying up the site and adding a few more pictures |

To avoid confusion with the official council website for
the Strand I have removed the detailed timetable page from this site. The
